Notary Loan Signing Agent Package

• Notary loan signing agents
• Notaries handling mortgage, refinance, HELOC, and real estate closings

Why choose this:

Loan signings involve high-value transactions and strict requirements, which increases risk. This package includes higher E&O limits—$25,000 or $100,000, depending on lender or title company requirements—along with Cyber Liability Insurance. It’s designed to meet the expectations of signing services while protecting your business and personal assets.
